DELIVERY

Mar Azul by Blue-Seas will do our best efforts to have every order delivered with the supporting invoice within four to five business days, with the understanding that it may take a maximum of ten business days following receipt of payment for the order. Any orders recorded on the Site on Friday afternoon after 1 p.m., Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on the following Monday. Any orders recorded on the Site on a national holiday will be processed on the next business day. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the limited nature of the products, Mar Azul by Blue-Seas will not accommodate any refunds at this time. However, if an Item is damaged upon opening we will provide our valued customers with an exchange of another garment of the same price. We provide a three day extension for the customer to notice any damages to the product upon opening. If this occurs, notify us of the error within the three day extension period via email. We will not process any returns that extend beyond three days. If you have been in contact with us in regards to having a return/exchange approved, it is mandatory that you include proof of contact with our company in your return shipment. Please note, all returns must be in the original packaging accompanied by a copy of the invoice. The product must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way. We will not accept any packages sent without authorization. Any shipments received that have not been authorized will be refused and shipped back. We ask that you please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to  purchase.

ERRORS

The information on the site may contain typos, errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. MarAzulbyBlueSeas.com reserves the right to correct any errors once noticed, and adjust inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time with or without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing, or product availability.
